The Company

Over the years, it was able to build strong relationshipswith reputable health, life, and non-life insurance companies in the Philippines. Its netowrk of clienteles had also shown significant growth. The Position
The Sales Executive is responsible for selling the healthcare program packaged by RIB and its other non-life insurance businesses to potential clients. They are also responsible for handling the renewals of existing accounts. Lastly, one of their main responsibilities also include issuance of Sales Invoices for all successful sales. All these to ensure that the Company’s sales target is met within a specific time-frame.
The Requirements
Education: College degree in BS Business Administration, Nursing, Marketing or any related course. Background in insurance is a major plus Effectively present, negotiate, and close deals. Can identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities; determines course of action; develops appropriate solutions. Further develop ideas into plans of action and to coordinate the actions through implementation. Present ideas clearly and effectively in written and verbal form. Ability to compile, organize and analyze printed and electronic information.
The Responsibilites
Keeps the Company’s sales funnel consistently filled through continuous prospecting via telemarketing, social media advertisements and email promotions. Conducts regular sales calls to potential clients to turn leads into closed sales. Visits clients on a regular basis. Upsells and cross-sells the Company’s services to existing clients. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending industry-related workshops and trainings.
