Coverage

Medical Treatment / Expenses

The Company will pay for the customary, medically necessary and reasonable costs of hospitalization, surgery, medicines including doctor's fee in case of illness, injury, or COVID-19 related conditions of the insured during the duration of the trip.​

Missed Connecting Flight

The Company will compensate the insured in the event of missed connecting fight due to technical failure, cancellation of service or departure, delayed.


Repatriation of Mortal Remains

The Company will make the necessary arrangement in repatriating the mortal remains of the insured to the usual country of residence in the event of death during the duration of the tip.

Flight Diversion

The Company will compensate the insured in the event that the contracted fight were diverted because of a poor weather conditions, industrial action, breakdown, technical failure, meteorological problems of natural disasters and intervention of authorities or other people using force.

Trip Cancellation

The Company will pay for the unused and non-refundable portion of travel, accommodation & tours in the event that the insured did not proceed with the trip due to unforeseeable death, injury or illness of the Principal Insured and traveling companion and all emergency reasons defined in the policy.

Aircraft Hijacking Cover

The Company will pay the insured a fix amount per day (minimum of 12 hours waiting period) in the event of delay or interruption of the trip as a result of aircraft hijacking.


Trip Curtailment

The Company will pay for the unused portion of the travel or accommodation in the event that the trip is shortened due to Insured's treating medical practitioner certifying that he/she or his/her travelling companion are unfit to continue with the original itinerary, unexpected death of, or sudden serious injury or illness of, Insured or Insured's traveling companion's relative who is resident in Philippines and all emergency reasons defined in the policy.

Compassionate Visit​

The company will take charge of the transfer cost in respect of an economy roundtrip of an immediate family member from the usual country of residence of the Insured, including meeting the cost of the outbound and return journey to the place of hospitalization and the accommodation expenses in the event that the Insured be admitted to hospital for more than ten (10) days as a result of an accident or lines covered in the Policy.

Return of Family Member Traveling with the Insured

When the illness or accident suffered by the Insured prevents the continuation of the trip, the Company shall take charge of the rebooking fees for the transfer of the accompanying persons who contracted the journey together with the Insured to the place where the former is hospitalized and/or to their usual place of residence in the Philippines, Such Insured's Family Members should appear as Insured persons In this Policy.

Location and Forwarding of Luggage and Personal Effects

The Company will furnish the insured with advice on reporting the robbery of loss of insured's luggage and personal possessions and collaborate arrangements in collecting such luggage.

Personal Accident

The Company pays a lump sum benefit in the event of death of the insured resulting from an accident during the duration of the trip

Luggage Delay

The Company will pay for the purchase of necessary clothing and toiletries in case
of luggage delay for more than six (6) hours.

Medical Evacuation & Repatriation

In the event of an accident or sudden lines that is covered under the Policy, the Company will take charge of transferring repatriating the Insured to a properly equipped health center or to his/her usual country of residence, per the limit indicated on the Policy.

Compensation for in Flight Loss and Damage of Checked in Luggage

The Company will pay for lost or damage of checked-in luggage up to the limited of the plan.

Long Distance Medical Information

The Company will provide medical information and assistance to the insured thru the Company's certified physician.



Emergency Communication Expenses

The Company will reimburse the Insured up to Php5,000 per insured trip (subject to submission of the requested necessary claim documents), for reasonable communication expenses to the 24/7 Hotline for claim notification purposes.

Emergency Dental Care

The Company will provide dental assistance and necessary emergency treatment of natural teeth during the duration of the trip.



Relay of Urgent Message

The Company will take charge of relaying the urgent messages of the insured relating to any of the events covered in the policy.

Escort of the Dependent

The Company will provide a suitable person to look after the insured's child children in case of hospital confinement of the insured as a result of sudden illness or accident during the duration of the trip.

Medical Referral

Through the Company's call center, the insured will be given access and referred to any medical center or medical practitioner of the Company's international network.

Car Rental Protection

The Company will reimburse the excess or deductible that the insured maybe legally liable to pay in respect of loss or damage caused by an accident to the rented vehicle during the duration of the trip.

Loss of Personal Money

The Company will reimburse the insured up to the limit for replacing the insured’s personal money/cash traveler's cheque, bank notes or credit card If it is lost or stolen due to robbery, burglary, theft or natural disasters and which were in insureds care.

Connection Service

The Company will provide assistance thru its call center in order for the insured to obtain miscellaneous services such as car rental, reservation and legal administrative information and referral.



Emergency Communication Expenses

The Company will reimburse the Insured up to Php5,000 per insured trip (subject to submission of the requested necessary claim documents), for reasonable communication expenses to the 24/7 Hotline for claim notification purposes.

First Medical Assistance

The Company will pay for the initial emergency medical, surgical, hospital treatment and ambulance cost up to the limit of the plan.

Loss of Travel Documents

The Company will pay for the cost to replace. The new passport or documents as well as the accommodation expenses.

Delivery of Medicine

The Company will cover the expenses of sending medicines, in case of emergency which are prescribed by the attending physician of the insured.

Accidental Burial Benefits

The Company shall extend financial assistance for burial expenses incurred in the event of death of the insured resulting from an accident.

Personal Liability

The Company will cover the expenses of sending medicines, in case of emergency which are prescribed by the attending physician of the insured.

Delayed Departure

The Company will pay for the reasonable meals including transport and hotel accommodation in the event that the trip is delayed for at least six (6) hours.

ELIGIBILITY OF COVER:

With COVID-19 Cover: Maximum Days of Coverage allowed

• For Two Way continuous leisure / business trips – COVID-19 1 covered up to a maximum of 180 days only.
• For Two Way Annual Multi Trip – COVID-19 Is covered up to a maximum of 90 days per Trip Only.
• For One Way Trip – COVID-19 Is covered up to 24 hours upon reaching the destination

Eligibility of Cover with and without COVID-19

• Age Limit: 1to 70 years old
• Children 1 month to 17 years old can only be covered max of Php100,000

All applications for Insurance coverage are subject to approval of RayoCare Insurance and conformity with RayoCare Travel Agreement Domestic prior to Insurance quotation or policy commencement.

Guidlines

ELIGIBILITY OF COVER:

Family Condition

• Family Package consists of a maximum of 4 Family members with at least 1adult and minor.
• Age Eligibility for children is from 1 month up to 17 years old.
• Limit for children is up to Php 100,000 only.

Group Policy Condition

•  No limitation on the number of Group.
• Only the testing positive for COVID-19 who provide all the necessary elements to validate
this situation will have access to the benefit.

General Exclusions

The following Is a summary of the General Exclusions. The full terms and conditions are specified in the policy:

• Motorcycling, riding or driving In any kind of race, all professional sports and air travel ( other than passenger on a scheduled commercial flight), hitchhiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, hiking/trekking In remote areas and underwater activities.
• Pregnancy, AIDS, self-inflicted injury or illness, suicide, alcoholism, drug abuse, and pre-existing condition.
• War, mutiny, revolution, Insurrection, rebellion, military or usurped power, strike, riot and civil commotion.
• Military or air force operations.
• Nuclear hazard.
• Medical treatment is the main purpose of the trip.
• Illness that requires treatment or consultation, 12 months prior to commencement of the trips are not covered.
